Tuna is not really a staple in our household but we do use it as a treat food and they love it. Coli bacteria which can make them sick and can even be fatal in a worst case scenario. One to two egg whites each day might be appropriate if your vet agrees as long as your cat also eats a complete cat food.
But not all food is safe. Raw eggs provide a contamination risk. I give my cat a little bit of cooked egg white and raw yolk with every meal.
